As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. However, under §§ 7 to 10 DDG and Arts. 4 to 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that we merely transmit or store for users, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.
Content that users create and publish with EVOAR Social is the content of the respective users. We accept reports of unlawful content at hello@evoar.de.
